Venus Phuangkom

Venus Phuangkom is Managing Director and a Founding Partner of Dynamic Minds, where she combines operational leadership with a focus on sustainability, mediation, and high-level event facilitation.

Originally trained as a microbiologist, she began her professional career in the industrial sector, including roles as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Monde Nissin Corporation and as a microbiologist at URC Thailand. This early phase provided her with a solid foundation in scientific methodology, regulatory compliance, certification processes, and systematic quality control—competencies that continue to inform her approach to governance and organizational practice.

In 2015, she transitioned into the think tank and policy domain by joining the German–Southeast Asian Center of Excellence for Public Policy and Good Governance (CPG), Dynamic Mind’s sister organization. Since then, she has held key operational roles, including Event and Human Resource Manager and Production Manager of Asia in Review.

In parallel, Venus completed professional mediation training and is an IMI-qualified mediator. Her mediation practice focuses on bilateral family mediation as well as bilateral and multilateral team and workplace mediation in intercultural and institutional settings. She maintains a long-standing commitment to sustainability, sustainability standardization, and responsible organizational practice as core elements of resilient, ethical, and future-oriented institutions.

At Dynamic Minds, Venus plays a central role in the company’s operational leadership, mediation services, sustainability-related advisory work, and the professional facilitation of complex events and dialogue formats, drawing on extensive hands-on experience from hundreds of successfully delivered programs across academic, policy, and corporate environments.
