Chief Operating Officer

Daniel VerSchneider is the Chief Operating Officer of The Keystone Group Global, a cooperating partner of Dynamic Minds and its sister organization, the German–Southeast Asian Center of Excellence for Public Policy and Good Governance (CPG). He is an experienced International Development, Humanitarian Assistance, and Public Health professional with over 18 years of leadership in program design and management across nine countries, including complex operating environments such as Afghanistan, Myanmar, and Nepal.
Spanning two decades, his experience in Southeast Asia began as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Thailand in 2003. With a strong background in strategic planning, budget and staff management, and team development, Daniel is known for building high-performing teams and mentoring staff to deliver impactful results. A creative problem-solver, he brings clarity and innovation to complex challenges in Southeast Asia.
