Alexandra Wharton-Smith is a seasoned public health professional and humanitarian with over 15 years' experience working in Southeast Asia. She is the Chief Executive Officer of The Keystone Group Global, a cooperating partner of Dynamic Minds and its sister organization, the German–Southeast Asian Center of Excellence for Public Policy and Good Governance (CPG).
With academic foundations in international relations, epidemiology and social science research, she has led initiatives in the public and private sectors—translating evidence into practical, impactful solutions in complex environments. She has extensive due diligence and strategic advisory experience, applying investigative skills and contextual understanding to support reputational business decisions across diverse global markets.
Her range of experience includes working with start-ups in sub-Saharan Africa, project management for governments and UN agencies, and providing high-level technical guidance to non-government organizations and academic institutions. Her leadership reflects a commitment to integrity, evidence-driven insight, and creating meaningful impact by employing rigorous and ethical methods.
