Lucas Meier

Lucas Meier is an advisor, analyst, and mediator working on governance, compliance, sustainability/ESG, and cross-border mediation.

At Dynamic Minds, he serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors and contributes to the firm’s advisory work on governance, compliance, and sustainability, including regulatory requirements, organizational structures, and implementation challenges. He is also active in Dispute Resolution, with a focus on mediation in cross-border and intercultural business disputes.

Alongside his role at Dynamic Minds, Lucas Meier is Program Manager at the German–Southeast Asian Center of Excellence for Public Policy and Good Governance (CPG), the firm’s sister organization. He is Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Asia in Review and serves as Regional Editor for South Asia. In addition, he is a Fellow at the Nepal Institute for International Cooperation and Engagement (NIICE) and Treasurer of the Asian Governance Foundation (AGF).

Lucas Meier is a qualified mediator under German law and in accordance with the standards of the International Mediation Institute (IMI). He is an active member of the German Institute of Compliance (DICO), contributing to working groups on “ESG Corporate Governance” and “Human Rights”.

He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies completed in Germany. He also undertook academic studies in Sweden and gained professional experience in the public relations and communications industry.
